Understand what are personality and character. Character is like the root of a tree. If these roots are strong and beautiful, a personality emerges and that’s where my main focus is.

I train my students the way I train my child. A single parent and trained him. It was a purposeful upbringing. Today he can think and take decisions on his own. He had communicated his dream of pursuing a Ph.D. when he was just 10 years old and now, he is doing it.

The sooner a child gets his dream, the faster his identity gets built.

Injustice, anger, fear, low self-esteem, or stress can directly affect a child’s learning and thinking abilities.

In our class, if a child is underperforming, we identify the gap, build confidence in the child with the help of my team.

Out of experience, I realized that some parents are not trained enough or inclined to boost their child’s confidence and train them to think rationally. Here, I train students, and even parents in building a child’s confidence.

By working only on confidence, Performance Levels can be increased to new heights! It can be increased by 30% to 40% and maybe more in exceptional cases.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotions can be trained

Once the Emotional Intelligence is developed, one gains the ability to control emotions, rather than allowing emotions to control them.
